Detroit to Goshen, Indiana

We leave Detroit to travel West along a Historic route. We find a great botanical gardens called Hidden Lakes, which is very pretty and has a tourist drive around the area. They ask if we can stay a while as they have up to 100 Model T-Fords coming at lunch time and it would be a great sight. Anyway we can't stop so we're on the move ad spot the Michigan International Speedway for Nascars. Going in and find a spot we can look down on the track, and guess what...the Model T-Fords are lining up in the middle to do spins around the track. We wait awhile and watch as they "burn" around the track. Moving on we see historical districts, whimsical bridges in a park and finally cross the border into Indiana. Bye bye Michigan.
